Our policy is to consistently endeavor to meet the standards set by Civil Engineering Clients & Industry. ATN Contracting Company is committed to apply quality management systems within its business to meet the requirements of our Clients.

Our quality policy reads as

  • Identify the changing needs and expectations of our clients.
  • Maintain processes and procedures which ensure that these changes are accommodated.
  • Provide services on time and at the cost specified or less.
  • Provide an employment environment where continuous improvement is encouraged.
  • Train all staff and contractors to act in accordance with the requirements of this policy
  • To render Service of International standards and contract specification.
  • To consistently endeavor to realize enhanced client satisfaction

HSE Policy

Our Policy is too laid out with a view to provide everyone a safe working environment. We recognize our responsibility for the physical well-being of our employees as established by regulations. We further recognize the vital role that effective accident prevention measures play in an efficiently run project.

Our managers and supervisors are responsible and accountable for the implementation of safe work procedures and maintenance of job site free from hazards that would endanger people or property. Support of this objective is a condition of employment.

The company’s accident prevention policies are contained in a Supervisor’s Health and Safety Manual that covers the following areas:
•The organizational and individual responsibility for accident prevention.
• Guidelines for pre-job planning
• Requirements for conducting weekly job site safety inspections.
• Specific safety rules for supervisors and craftsman.
• Specific policy requiring that each newly hired employee receives orientation in the Company’s accident prevention program.
• Emergency procedures, including the requirement of each superintendent to hold a valid, current certification on First aid procedures.
• Procedures for investigating and reporting accidents.
• Compiling of incidence rates for monitoring safety performance.
• A recognition program for business groups showing significant improvement in safety & environmental standards.
